The Rituals
A ritual for every moment.
The CRYVA Rituals turn the CRYVA Method into simple gestures you can weave into your everyday life.
Every ritual follows the same progression: Prepare. Sculpt. Finish. Duration, rhythm and intensity shift with the moment of the day.

Before You Begin
-
Prepare your Cryo Spheres
Place them in the refrigerator as directed (15-30 minutes). Never place them in the freezer. -
Prepare your skin and body
Use the Cryo Spheres on clean, healthy skin. Apply a serum, oil or treatment that offers enough glide. -
Start your massage.
Keep in mind:
-
Control your pressure for your comfort
Always start with a gentle massage (level 1). Gradually increase the pressure to level 2 (with no pain or discomfort) — continue only if the contact stays comfortable. -
Keep the spheres moving
Never hold a cold Cryo Sphere still on the same spot.
For a description of massage levels 1 and 2, visit the "The CRYVA Method" section.
The Essential Gestures

The Right Cues
During every ritual:
- the cold contact should stay comfortable;
- the Cryo Spheres should always stay in motion;
- the skin should not be pinched or pulled firmly;
- the pressure should never cause pain;
- no pronounced mark should remain after the massage;
- the spheres should not pass directly over the eyes or eyelids.
A light sensation of coolness is what we're aiming for. A burning sensation, numbness or pain is not.
After Your Ritual
Clean the Cryo Spheres as directed, dry them thoroughly, and store them in a clean, dry place.
Consistency of movement matters more than intensity of pressure.
Precautions
For external cosmetic use only.
Do not use on broken, irritated or infected skin. Stop use immediately if you experience pain, burning, numbness or persistent redness.
If you have abnormal sensitivity to cold, Raynaud's phenomenon, cold urticaria, reduced skin sensitivity, or have recently had a cosmetic or dermatological procedure, consult a healthcare professional before use.
The CRYVA Rituals do not replace medical diagnosis, treatment or supervision.
