Your Spheres

What skin types are the CRYVA WORLD™ Spheres suited for?

CRYVA massage spheres are designed to suit most skin types, including sensitive skin. For optimal comfort, we recommend using them on clean skin with a suitable serum or oil.

How do I use the CRYVA WORLD™ Spheres?

For a refreshing experience, place the spheres in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes before use, then perform gentle, steady movements on the face, neck, and décolletage.

The CRYVA Ritual

Do the CRYVA spheres stay cold for long?

Yes. Thanks to their stainless steel design, the spheres retain a cooling sensation for several minutes, for a pleasant and effective massage.

Should the spheres be kept in the refrigerator?

Yes, we recommend placing them in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes before use to fully enjoy the cooling effect.

Can I use the spheres every day?

Absolutely. The CRYVA WORLD™ Spheres are designed for daily use, in the morning to wake up the skin or in the evening for a moment of relaxation.

How long does a massage last?

A 5 to 10 minute ritual is enough to fully enjoy the benefits of a cold massage.

Can I use the spheres with a serum or oil?

Yes. We recommend applying a serum, oil, or cream to improve glide and enhance the comfort of the massage.

Are the spheres suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes, they suit most skin types, including sensitive skin. That said, we recommend always using gentle movements, without excessive pressure.

What are the main benefits of the “CRYVA” massage?

The CRYVA ritual provides an immediate sensation of freshness, helps de-puff the skin, brightens the complexion, and offers a moment of relaxation while enhancing facial contours.

How often should I use the spheres?

For optimal results, we recommend daily use or 3 to 5 times a week, depending on your preferences and beauty routine.

How do I clean the CRYVA WORLD™ Spheres?

After each use, simply clean them with a soft, slightly damp cloth or warm soapy water, then dry them thoroughly before storing.

Can the spheres be placed in the freezer?

We only recommend storing them in the refrigerator for a quick chill, placing them on the top shelf of your refrigerator.

Caution! Storing them in the freezer could make them excessively cold, which could be uncomfortable on direct contact with the skin.

Are the CRYVA WORLD™ Spheres a medical device?

No. The CRYVA WORLD™ Spheres are a wellness and beauty accessory designed to complement a skincare routine. They do not replace medical treatment or advice.

Can they be given as a gift?

Yes. The CRYVA WORLD™ Spheres come in an elegant box, perfect for gifting a premium skincare ritual for a birthday, celebration, or any other special occasion.

Why does the pressure change during the ritual?

Pressure isn't used to force the result. It makes the movement progressive, precise, and comfortable. The CRYVA Method begins with a gentle touch to introduce the temperature and establish a steady glide.

The pressure then becomes moderate and controlled to follow the contours of the face, before gradually decreasing during the finishing step. Stronger pressure doesn't mean better results. The Cryo Spheres stay in constant motion, and the intensity should be adapted to the sensitivity of each area.
